Our staff compliment is generally around 70 employees.
We have a very competitive salary structure that rewards our employees for a job well done.
We offer an extensive benefit package. It currently includes the following shared benefits: Group Life Insurance, Group Long Term Disability Insurance, Group Dental, AB Health Premiums, and Group Extended Health. We also have a superior superannuation program. The employee pays 5% of their gross earnings and the Co-op matches that to the yearly maximum amounts.
We support our staff with educational assistance. We also look for individuals who want a career in the retailing system and help them reach their full potential as Managers in our organization or within the CRS.
